Make and distribute a token representing the debt of LPers affected by the hack allowing them to express their opinion.

They are the first ones concerned so they must be able to express their choices for example on how they would like to be compensated. it would be primarily to find out their opinion, not necessarily to give them any particular power over the final choice.

Moreover this token can have a later utility.

At first this token will have to be non transferable to avoid any manipulation.

A couple things:

  1. The last proposal was for a debt token that would have been dropped to people affected.

  2. They can express their choices with drafting a proposal, like you did. They could then breakdown all logistics on it, so we know everything about how the debt would be paid back and or how it would work.

  3. If its non-transferable, how would the debt be paid back? Because it cant be burnt at that point, which could lead to paying the same person, multiple times. I would suggest making it a redemption and have an LP for people who want to exit now (at a potential loss).

Love that you posted a proposal.

Do not like the proposal because it sets a very bad precedent that we will give voting power to those who do not lock DFX to acquire the voting power, per the ve model and how others have done it.

Love the effort, happy to agree to disagree.
